5. Automatically Generated Rider Profiles
Rider profiles may be automatically generated using publicly available race results or data provided by timing systems or event organizers.
These profiles may include race statistics and historical performance data associated with a rider’s competition number.
Riders or their parents/guardians may claim and manage such profiles through the Services where applicable.
6. Media Content and Event Photography
Motorsports events are public competitions where participants may be photographed or recorded by photographers, event organizers, spectators, or media partners.
Images captured during events may be uploaded to the Services and associated with rider profiles using publicly visible identifiers such as competition numbers.
Prospect does not guarantee the accuracy of media tagging.
Certain images may be made available for viewing or purchase through the Services.
Transactions related to photo purchases may be processed through third-party payment systems including Apple In-App Purchases.
Prospect does not control how independent photographers capture images at events.
Event organizers and photographers are responsible for obtaining any permissions required under applicable law.
