Rider of the Week: Andrew Short
After finishing an impressive 3rd overall in the Monster Energy Supercross season, Red Bull Honda's Andrew Short seems to be flying a bit under the radar into the Lucas Oil AMA National Championships. He knows he has the consistency and persistance to put himself at the top, and hopes to walk away at the end of the season with a few wins, and potentially a championship.

andrew is without a doubt one of my top 3 favorite pros, but hes GOT to step it up to that next, break-neck level of speed. i know he can do it, im just excited to see it happen whenever that may be
Shorty was the only guy hitting that triple step up every lap, villopoto hit it a few times and grant a couple, but mad probs to shorty
id rather see short hitting every corner faster than anyone else every lap, but yeah that step up looked really tough and it def made up some time. keep up that 2-9 stellar style
i would love to see short walk away with a number 1 plate at the end of the season.
