We're a few short weeks away from the start of the 2009 Lucas Oil National Motocross Championships, and it's apparent that Glen Helen was the place to be on Thursday.  Everyone from Ryan Dungey, to Ryan Villopoto, to Tommy Searle were there throwing down sprints in preparation of what should be one of the best seasons of motocross in history.
