Wednesday, Nov 12th , Arizona Cycle Park will be open for practice 10am - 3pm, Bikes only. $25 per rider . In addition, this day will be a move-in day for vendors and people parking overnight. We will have a day parking area for those of you who are not parking overnight and still wish to practice. Practice wristbands and stickers will be available for purchase at the front gate office and the sign-up office. The rider must be present when purchasing a practice wristband. If you are 17yrs or under, a parent or guardian must be present to sign the minor release. No advance practice day purchase will be available as there are no refunds or rain checks. ACP will not be open Sat, Nov 8th & Sun Nov 9th .

6:30am – 11pm......…..Thurs, Nov 13th, Fri, Nov 14th , Sat, Nov 15th and Sun, Nov 16th
Tuesday, Nov 11th, the track will be closed for track preparation. This day will be a move-in day starting 2pm.
Wednesday, Nov 12th, ACP will be open for practice 10am – 3pm. Amateur Open Sign-in, check-in and post-entry will be open 10am – 5pm and 7pm – 9pm. Both pre-entered & post-entered riders must check in at registration building.
Thursday, Nov 13th, Amateur Open Practice 7:30am. Final Sign-in/Check-in, post-entry, additional classes, change classes, number changes 7am -10am. Mandatory riders meeting after all practice has concluded. Racing starts after riders meeting.

***NO Pit Bike Riding. Pit Bikes and Quads cannot be used as pit vehicles. Pit vehicles are for 18yrs and older only and must be operated in a safe, responsible manner only. Pit vehicles include: Golf Carts, Mules, Rangers, Rhinos, etc. Pit vehicles are for transportation only. No pit vehicles after dark. Pit vehicles must have a registered sticker. Pit Vehicle Registration can be completed at the Front Gate Entrance. We will NOT have a pit bike playground this year.
Some old and NEW for 2008:
· A Playground - Basketball & BMX will be open until 9pm starting Tuesday, Nov 11th thru Nov 15th
· A BMX riding area for bicycles only. Please, please wear a helmet & safety gear.
· We will NOT have a pit bike playground this year.
· Racers may ride 1st gear only (no dust) to and from track. All gear must be worn.
· Jetting/testing allowed only on designated Jetting Loop.
· We will be parking everyone again. If you wish to park in groups, please arrive together.
· Potable water service will be available.
· Holding tank service will be available.
· Bike wash area available. As time & availability permits we can fill 55 gal water drums for bike washing. Please be patient.
Arizona is having a very dry Fall/Winter Season.
· CAMPFIRES will ONLY be allowed in Contained Metal Fire Pits. Do Not dig any fire pits in any parking areas. Do Not dump ashes on the ground. Please put ashes (not hot) in refuse containers. Do Not burn pallets. There may be “No Burn” days designated by the State of Arizona. We will announce if there is a “No Burn” in effect. The Fire Dept. will be on-site for inspections.
· We have some NEW Community Fire Pits. Please feel free to use them for your get togethers. Cut Firewood (free) will be stacked at the fire pits.
· NO FIREWORKS are allowed. Fireworks are ILLEGAL to possess or ignite in the State of Arizona. It is a Class 6 Felony. Remedies are Arrest, up to a $2500 fine and up to six months in jail. Please leave them at home.
· NO Digging allowed in your pit areas. We have built BMX jumps in the playground.
· Racers may ride 1st gear only (no dust) to and from the track. All gear must be worn.
· Jetting/testing allowed only on designated Jetting Loop.
· Please stay in graded pit area. Do not leave the park boundaries.
· Enter track only by the Starting Line.
· No Cutting the track.
· Exit the track only by the tower.
· Do not jump the fence to enter the track.
· No alcoholic beverages allowed.
· No fighting.
· Potable Water Service will be available.
· Holding Tank Service will be available.
· Bike Wash area available. As time & availability permits, we can fill 55 gal water drums for bike washing. Please be patient.
· Please no trash on the ground. There are several barrels available for your convenience. Trash bags are free at the front gate.
· No dumping petroleum based products, fuel, or antifreeze on the ground or in refuse containers. Please use the petroleum recycle cans located at the track exit.
· Please take used tires & tubes with you when you leave.
· Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Please be courteous and clean up after your pet.
· This is the desert. Please check your area carefully for scorpions and snakes.
All pit roads must be kept open at all times.
Speed limit on W. Riggs Rd. is 25mph. Please observe this speed limit.
Please observe the rules regarding FIRES & FIREWORKS. Zero tolerance.
Do not remove any banners or signs.
