team-italyWhen you turn up at a brand new motocross circuit, it usually takes a while to get your bearings, figure everything out and get situated. However, at this Autodrome di Franciacorta, I think I'll still be struggling to find my way around as I leave the track on Sunday evening. This place is massive!

Home to a road-racing circuit usually, they've dropped in a fully loaded motocross venue and there is still plenty of room to spare. Located in a mini-bowl, the track is pretty much flat, with all height coming from the numerous table-tops and rhythm sections. Old-school fans will be disappointed, but when you realise the grand scale of everything that needs to be included for such a prestigious event, it's understandable they've had to use a man-made facility.track01

Already the crowds have arrived, with a wide variety of RVs, vans, trucks and any vehicle big enough to house a human-being for a weekend. Already it has the largest number of pre-sales for an event at 14,000 (eclipsing Matterley Basin's 11,000) so we could well be looking at the largest ever crowd ever at an MX event.

Probably the coolest part of these MXoN's is seeing all the custom bike decals and helmets that the different countries produce, and this year is no different with all the teams showing off their wares.

But don't just take our word for everything, here are what the top five teams said about this upcoming weekend in mp3 format:

Team USA - Team France - Team Belgium - Team GB - Team Italy
