The Search Continues

And so the search continues. I’ve been on the road for the last 40 days and, as pathetic as it may sound, I caught myself taking a detour to work this morning in order to search for my long lost stolen motorcycle. It’s been roughly three months since my beloved KX 250F was so brutally taken from me and I’m having much difficulty accepting the fact that it may be gone forever.

The good news, however, is that we found our stolen Vurb canopy from Mini Os. While in California I got a text message from Jayne Tannenbaum, mother to Max Tannenbaum, which asked if we ever found our Vurb tent, and if not was there more than one. After a few back and forth messages about the tent she located it at the Area Qualifier at Aonia MX Park in Washington, Georgia…our own back yard! A huge thanks to Mrs. T for keeping a watchful eye out for us. We’ll be sure to return the favor.

As for my bike, there has been no such luck. Maybe I need to recruit Mrs. Tannenbaum to move to South Carolina for a few weeks in order to recover my bike?

The search will continue until my bike is recovered, you can count on that. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
